Overview
Medha Sridhar maintains a broad transactional practice focused on advertising, marketing, media, and technology. She has experience drafting and negotiating agreements for online and digital marketing campaigns, agency services, influencers, social media, and other content initiatives across a broad range of industries, including automotive, financial services, entertainment, and sports.
Specifically, she advises clients on matters associated with intellectual property, trademark licensing, brand protection and sponsorship, as well as in connection with broad corporate transactions, new ventures and general corporate matters. In addition, Medha regularly assists brand clients with advertising clearance and claim substantiation. Her experience working closely with in-house legal and business teams allows her to implement practical solutions that address business and legal concerns.
In addition to her transactional work, Medha maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting in immigration cases through KIND and providing support with matters for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
While in law school, Medha served as the Articles Editor for the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.
