Overview
Ignatius Seu focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, initial public offerings, pre-IPO investments, corporate restructurings, corporate regulatory and compliance, and general corporate matters.
Ignatius has extensive experience handling secondary fundraising transactions by listed companies in Hong Kong, including subscription and placing of securities, rights issues, and open offers. He regularly advises public companies on compliance and regulatory matters pertaining to Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Hong Kong Takeovers Code, the Hong Kong Share Buy-backs Code and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Ignatius’ mergers and acquisitions experience spans offshore, onshore and cross-border transactions involving companies incorporated in various jurisdictions, such as Hong Kong, China, Singapore, the British Virgin Islands, Samoa, the Cayman Islands and Bermuda, across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, hospitality, technology and finance.
