Overview
Scott I. Schneider has a wide range of experience in all aspects of a multistate transactional real estate practice, including negotiating retail, office, and other leases for landlords and tenants; representing lenders and borrowers in acquisition, capital improvement, construction, working capital, and permanent loans; representing lenders in workouts of troubled real estate loans; representing purchasers and sellers in the conveyance of commercial and residential properties and the related financing aspects thereof; and in preparing architect, construction, and interior design agreements.
