Overview

Hannah Schechter focuses on banking and finance transactions, and she primarily represents banks and other financial institutions. She maintains a broad practice, including private banking, commercial lending, fund finance and project finance. Hannah’s private banking practice involves representing lenders in unsecured facilities and in secured facilities backed by marketable securities, fine art, hedge fund interests and private equity interests, among other assets. She also has experience in transactions with non-profit organizations. On the fund finance side, Hannah regularly represents lenders in capital call, management fee and general partner facilities.
