Overview
Jenny Savitt focuses her practice on intellectual property matters with a concentration on trademark disputes. She advises clients on matters associated with IP, advertising, consumer protection and entertainment disputes, brand enforcement and trademark litigation, copyright infringements, domain names and ICANN, and privacy and data security. Another facet of her practice involves advising on advertising, promotions and new media issues.
Outside of her legal practice, Jenny is actively involved with the Jewish United Fund.
