Sarah Rubenstein Polak focuses her practice in the areas of advertising, marketing, media and technology. Clients consistently turn to Sarah for counsel and negotiation on innovative advertising and technology transactions, marketing campaigns and general business contracts. She also regularly creates template agreements, along with training guides and other legal and business forms for clients. Her experience working closely with in-house teams allows her to implement practical solutions that address business and legal concerns.
In the areas of advertising, marketing and media, Sarah has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of initiatives, including media buying and placement services, advertising platform exchange agreements, online and out-of-home marketing campaigns, creative services, sponsorships and brand integrations, influencer campaigns, social media and other content initiatives. She also navigates transactions at the intersection of advertising and technology, specifically in adtech, by advising on and negotiating software and data licensing agreements, website and app development, website terms of use, privacy and data security, and other essential technology-enabled matters.
Moreover, Sarah routinely handles a diverse range of commercial agreements, including professional and consulting services, vendor agreements and nondisclosure agreements. She also collaborates closely with Loeb's FDA Regulatory & Compliance group, crafting contracts—such as warehousing, distribution and recipe development agreements—for clients subject to regulatory oversight by the FDA.
Sarah works with companies across a wide variety of industries, including technology, advertising, media, entertainment, finance, retail, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, e-commerce, automotive, telecommunications, public relations, and research and data services.
Sarah is proficient in Hebrew. She has volunteered for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) through Sar-El, a nonprofit organization that situates volunteers directly on IDF bases to work alongside soldiers.
