Overview
Adam Rose counsels lenders and borrowers on a broad array of secured financing transactions including asset-based loans, term loans, fund finance and acquisition financings. His clients include private equity companies, banks and other financial institutions. His focus lies in perfecting security interests, asset-based lending and private equity. He has extensive experience in complex financing transactions, including cross-border financing and secured loans. Adam has also provided valuable guidance to lenders and borrowers on restructurings, debtor-in-possession financing, exit financings, securitizations and debt investments across a wide range of industries.
