Overview

Rebecca Red is a paralegal in the Advanced Media & Technology department, where she provides support across practice areas including advertising, intellectual property and privacy. She primarily focuses on promotions, including sweepstakes, contests and charitable co-ventures that require assessing promotion structures, drafting terms and preparing and filing state registrations. 

Additionally, Rebecca conducts advertising content reviews, often corresponding with foreign counsel to obtain guidance for international campaigns. She also supports clients with brand protection through trademark enforcement. 

Outside of AMT, Rebecca works with the firm’s Entertainment department, utilizing her prior career background in television and film production to assist with drafting and editing television production and licensing agreements, as well as music producer contracts. 

Rebecca is engaged in the firm’s pro bono activities, including the Veterans Assistance Project and client representation in uncontested adoption cases. 

Additionally, she holds a key position as the sole paralegal in Loeb's AI Working Group, providing support to attorneys as they develop proactive strategies to address the firm’s evolving AI-related legal matters for clients.
