Overview
Emily Rakowicz advises clients on a wide range of real estate matters, focusing primarily on the representation of institutional lenders in the financing of multifamily, commercial and mixed-use properties, as well as the sale, securitization and servicing of commercial mortgage loans.
Emily assists the firm’s real estate clients in the preparation and negotiation of service contracts, consulting agreements, architecture and engineering services contracts, and other miscellaneous agreements. She often handles deed transfers, residential lease negotiations, purchases and sales of properties, and any other miscellaneous real estate matters for our high net worth and entertainment industry clients.
