Overview
Nate Minott focuses his practice on the representation of banks and other financial institutions in connection with all types of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Nate regularly advises clients in structuring and negotiating acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, subscription financings, asset-based financings and warehouse credit facilities. In addition, Nate has substantial experience representing clients in loan workout negotiations, restructuring distressed credit facilities and representing DIP lenders.
