Lauren Lindsay

Lauren Lindsay maintains a broad commercial real estate practice, with a focus on representing both landlords and tenants in leasing a wide range of properties, from upscale retail establishments and offices to mixed-use buildings and restaurants. 

Lauren has extensive experience drafting commercial lease agreements, mortgages and mortgage releases, as well as drafting and reviewing lease-related agreements, including letters of intent, subleases, ground leases, lease assignments, estoppels and other ancillary documents. She also regularly prepares and negotiates term sheets, and she has assisted with drafting key transaction documents for purchase and sale transactions and joint venture transactions. Furthermore, she has actively engaged in cross-functional collaboration to provide valuable input on real estate matters associated with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and banking transactions, among others.
