Overview
Jeffrey Fried is highly experienced in the representation of banks and other financial institutions in the financing and restructuring of permanent, construction, mezzanine and leasehold loans, including agented and syndicated loan facilities. He regularly represents lenders in connection with real estate financings covering a variety of asset classes in New York and throughout the United States.
Clients appreciate Jeffrey’s practical and reasonable approach to matters. Notably, he represented the major financial institutions behind the prestigious Hudson Yards project as well as an 80-story luxury condo project in lower Manhattan.
In addition, Jeffrey is a member of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys.
