Gerald M. Chizever

Gerald (Jerry) Chizever represents and advises businesses of all sizes, from startup enterprises to publicly held corporations, as well as high-net-worth individuals. He serves as outside general corporate counsel for public and private companies, advising them in all matters, including business transactions, corporate governance and compliance with governmental regulations. 

Jerry brings a practical focus to matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, public and private securities offerings, general corporate representation, real estate, and strategic alliances. He has strong business acumen and is passionate about working closely with clients to structure transactions and deals. 

Outside of his legal work, Jerry is an avid tennis player.
