William M. Brody

Will Brody maintains a broad-based litigation and trial practice representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes involving entertainment, real estate and other business matters. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of trials and appeals in federal and state courts. He works with a diverse array of individual and institutional clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses, including national banks and accounting firms, real estate developers and investors, film production companies and distributors, music publishers, and high net worth individuals. 

Will has extensive experience defending and prosecuting fraud claims, contract actions, anti-SLAPP proceedings and entertainment disputes. He is also actively involved in pro bono work and has obtained successful judgments and settlements for pro bono clients in asylum and elder abuse matters.
