Overview
Curtis Bajak brings more than three decades of experience to a diverse entertainment finance, workout, bankruptcy and corporate practice with a particular emphasis on music and film financing, film securitizations, leveraged acquisitions and dispositions of film libraries, music libraries and catalogs, intellectual property licensing, and structured financing transactions in the entertainment industry. He regularly represents financial institutions and insurers as well as borrowers both within and outside of the entertainment industry and is frequently involved in corporate acquisition financing, debt restructuring, and troubled-loan workouts.
Curtis is also the Chair of the firm’s Opinion Committee.
