Loeb Represents Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited in $6.9 Million Initial Public Offering

Loeb & Loeb represented Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited, a civil engineering services provider in Hong Kong, in its initial public offering of 1,725,000 Class A ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase up to an additional 225,000 Class A ordinary shares to cover over-allotments, bringing total gross proceeds to $6.9 million. 

The company began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Jan. 23, 2025, under the ticker symbol “SKBL,” and closed on Jan, 24. Proceeds from the offering will be used to enhance the Skyline Builders’ capacities in hiring additional staff, strengthen its market position in the civil engineering industry, acquire machinery to enhance its capacity, enhance the company’s brand, and fund working capital and for other general corporate purposes.

The Loeb team was led by Lawrence Venick, managing partner of the firm’s Hong Kong and Beijing offices, and included Capital Markets senior counsel Ted Paraskevas, and associates Olivia Wang and Katrina Wan.
