Partner Ivy Kagan Bierman Honored in 2024 “Power Women of Hollywood” List by Variety

Also known as the “Los Angeles Women’s Impact Report,” this annual honor celebrates West Coast-based women who turned 2023’s challenges into opportunities, propelling Hollywood forward with game-changing deals, blockbuster films, hit series and chart-topping music that resonated worldwide.

In an accompanying profile, Ivy is recognized for her impactful work with production and distribution companies, networks, financiers, talent agencies and talent, with a deep understanding of the intricate challenges these clients face. Variety notes that a recent focus in her practice has been addressing bullying and disrespectful behavior in the workplace.

“Women and men in positions of power need to support women, especially women of color, and not be afraid to take more risks on people with less experience,” Ivy told the publication.
