Loeb & Loeb represented SL Green Realty, Manhattan’s largest office landlord, in connection with the signing of a 924,876 square foot renewal and expansion lease with Bloomberg at 919 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

The transaction includes a 749,035-square-foot, 11-year lease extension of Bloomberg’s existing lease commencing March 1, 2029.
