In an accompanying profile, the guide notes that the firm’s “expertise in finance has a global reach, as it frequently represents borrowers on cross-border transactions, including multi-currency loans.”
Additionally, Anthony Pirraglia, deputy chair of the firm's Finance practice; Capital Markets partner Stephen Cohen; and associate John Stapleton were recognized in IFLR1000's list of Leading Lawyers for 2024. Specifically, Anthony and Stephen were recognized as "Highly Regarded" Leading Lawyers for both the United States and New York, while John was highlighted as a "Notable Practitioner" in the United States.
