Loeb & Loeb represented American songwriter and three-time Grammy nominee Jamie Moore in the sale of his JMZL song catalog to Eclipse Music Group, an independent music publishing and artist development company.
Jamie has produced and written tracks for Carrie Underwood, Meghan Trainor, Chase Rice, Carly Pearce, Andy Grammer, Morgan Wallen, Idina Menzel and Florida Georgia Line. The JMZL catalog includes Morgan Wallen’s popular country song “Chasin’ You,” along with Florida Georgia Line’s hit track “May We All.”
The Loeb deal team included Derek Crownover, vice chair of the firm's Music Industry practice and Nashville co-office administrative partner, Tiffany Dunn, co-office administrative partner, and Entertainment associate Megan Pekar.
