Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the arrival of Nicole Mann to the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Trusts & Estates department where she will focus on tax and estate planning and estate, trust and tax litigation.
“Nicole is a fantastic addition to our department,” said James Hitzeman, co-chair of the firm’s Trust & Estate Litigation practice. “She is a leader in her field, and her experience handling complex estate, trust and tax related litigation greatly augments our capability to represent clients in these important matters.”
Mann represents individuals and families, as well as fiduciaries, in estate and trust disputes. She also has substantial experience in tax and estate planning, as well as estate and trust administration, representing individuals, families, beneficiaries and fiduciaries.

Mann is admitted in Illinois and Arizona. She earned her B.A. from The College of Wooster and her J.D. with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mann joins Loeb & Loeb from McDermott Will & Emery.
