Loeb & Loeb represented the ticket sales platform StubHub in signing a full-floor lease—or 44,000 square feet—on the 59th floor of Silverstein Properties’ 3 World Trade Center, consolidating several of its Manhattan locations. StubHub’s lease also marks the third major deal at the tower since last summer.
The new lease reflects the continued post-pandemic re-emergence of Lower Manhattan and overall commercial real estate deals in New York City. In addition to this major deal for Stubhub, Loeb’s sophisticated Real Estate group handled 4 of the 5 largest New York City leases executed in 2022.
The Loeb deal team that represented StubHub included Real Estate partner Peter Strauss and senior counsel Dana Rosenthal.
