Connect Media Recognizes Partner Raymond Sanseverino in 2021 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that partner Raymond Sanseverino, chair of the firm's Real Estate department, was selected for inclusion in Connect Media’s 2021 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards within the New York & Tri-State regional category. Raymond is among 110 attorneys selected for excelling in their practice areas while making meaningful contributions to their communities.

In an accompanying profile, Raymond is recognized for representing landlords and tenants in various real estate transactions, such as office and retail spaces and licensing agreements for digital billboards at high-end properties. He is highlighted by the publication for serving as landlord’s counsel at the following prestigious office buildings in Manhattan: Brookfield Place, the Grace Building, 17 State St., the Seagram Building, One Vanderbilt Ave., 875 Third Ave. and 120 Park Ave. He is also lauded for his responsiveness and agile negotiation of complex leases in New York and other major markets nationwide.

Outside of his legal practice, Raymond is noted for his work within the community, including serving on the board of trustees for Franklin & Marshall College, his alma mater; serving as global chair of the Franklin & Marshall Fund; and endowing a scholarship, the Raymond A. Sanseverino ’68 Endowed Scholarship, for underprivileged students.
