Loeb & Loeb represented the Academy of Country Music in a ground-breaking deal with Amazon Prime Video to be the home of the 57th Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM Awards), which will livestream exclusively on the platform in 2022. The 2022 ACM Awards, produced by MRC’s dick clark productions, marks the first time a major awards show has livestreamed exclusively.
First held in 1966, the ACM Awards has honored and showcased the biggest names and emerging talent in the industry, and is the longest-running country music awards show in history. The 2022 live show will bring together iconic artists for exciting collaborations, surprising moments and an unprecedented number of world videoprogramming-premiere performances, all of which will be announced in the coming months. The date and location will be confirmed at a later time.
The Loeb deal team advising ACM is led by Entertainment partner Scott Zolke.
Media on this transaction has been covered by Billboard, Deadline, Variety, Bloomberg and other media outlets. More information can be obtained from ACM's announcement.
