Loeb & Loeb Advises Sister in Investment in The SpringHill Company

Loeb & Loeb represented global production and development company Sister in connection with its investment in The SpringHill Company. The SpringHill Company was formed when LeBron James and Maverick Carter combined their three media companies: production company SpringHill Entertainment, media and consumer product company Uninterrupted and brand agency The Robot Company. Sister’s executive chairperson, Elisabeth Murdoch, will serve on the board of The SpringHill Company.

Sister invested in The SpringHill Company alongside Guggenheim Investments and UC Investments, as well as investor Jason Stein’s SC.Holdings.

The Loeb & Loeb deal team advising Sister included partner Steve Hurdle and senior counsel Ann Chen.
