Democracy Builders’ Acquisition of Marlboro College

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that partners Neil Lefkowitz and Tara Gorman represented Democracy Builders in its acquisition of Marlboro College. The 500-acre college in Marlboro, Vermont will serve to educate low-income and first-generation students with an innovative  new education model.

Neil and Tara brought extensive experience in complex real estate transactions and higher education to complete the transaction.
