Loeb & Loeb LLP takes great pride in our culture of connectedness. It’s powered our firm since day one. And as we celebrate 110 years of service to our clients, we could think of no better way to celebrate than by coming together for a day of service in support of our communities.
The firm was excited to partner with Clean the World to host days of service in each of our offices. Clean the World aims to reduce hygiene-related illness and death by collecting and recycling hotel soaps and other hygiene amenities discarded by the hospitality industry. These products are then redistributed to organizations around the globe that help those in need.
Each of our U.S. offices assembled hygiene kits filled with items collected by Clean the World, including soap, shampoo, toothpaste and other basic essentials that can mean the difference between sickness and health for vulnerable populations. The kits were sent to local homeless shelters and aid groups in each of the communities where Loeb operates. In addition, the firm was proud to make a donation to the Clean the World Foundation on behalf of our colleagues in Asia.
Over the course of two days, nearly 250 volunteers across eight offices packed thousands of kits that were distributed to Lava Mae in Los Angeles and San Francisco, Care for the Homeless in New York, Sarah’s Circle in Chicago, The Little Pantry that Could in Nashville, and Thrive DC in Washington, DC.
