7th Circ. Sends NCAA Lottery Spat to State Court

Loeb & Loeb LLP is noted and Douglas Masters is quoted on the decision by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals to vacate its earlier ruling permitting a putative class-action lawsuit alleging that Loeb's client, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, operated an illegal lottery to sell and distribute tickets.
