In this session, Jennifer Campbell and Lily Walden Givens will review selected issues related to real property through the administration process. Jennifer and Lily will highlight some of the common pitfalls and administrative headaches that real property in administration can cause and that can make an otherwise routine administration a source of frustration, including title issues, acceleration and triggering events in loan or entity documents, multi-party ownership, and the classic house rich, cash poor irrevocable trust. In addition, they will offer planning suggestions to minimize the frustration these issue can provoke.
