Acquisition of Loyalize by Viggle

Represented Viggle (VGGL) in its purchase of substantially all of the assets of Trusted Opinion Inc.'s Loyalize business, which consists of technology that enables brands and content providers to engage with nationwide audiences during live TV shows by providing games, polls, real-time discussions and sharing features for smartphones, tablets and laptops and on connected TVs.
