Term Loan Facility for Creation of New Sports and Entertainment Management Company

Represented Brevet Capital Management in a term loan facility extended to a group of investors used to acquire five sports talent agencies and a brand activation agency to create a new sports and entertainment management company, Stealth SME. The newly-created entity will represent over 200 athletes across all of the major North American sports leagues, as well as corporate and property clients.
