Resolution of Claim for Cancellation/Reformation of Deed of Trust

Represented insured lender against borrower in connection with claim that deed of trust secured only one of three subdivided parcels, even though legal description in deed of trust included all three parcels. Plaintiffs sought cancellation of deed of trust, as well as compensatory and punitive damages. We successfully negotiated a dismissal of all claims against the insured.
