Representing Plaintiffs Diana Azrak and the Estate of Marvin Azrak as 50% shareholders of Carter Industries, Inc. in an action for breach of fiduciary duty and unfair competition against the other 50% shareholder and other defendants.
The lawsuit alleges that the other shareholder secretly formed a competing entity called Carter Enterprises LLC that engaged in the same line of business as Carter Industries. The defendants’ motions to dismiss are currently pending.
