Represented the chair of the Unsecured Creditors’ Committee in one of the largest hospital Chapter 11 bankruptcy case filed in the Central District of California. In that role, the firm assisted in negotiating a plan of reorganization that provided for returns of at least 40 percent (and potentially significantly higher) to general unsecured creditors. Loeb & Loeb represented the post-confirmation creditors’ committee, and represents the litigation trust in private insurance recoveries.
