Oversee Preferred Hotel Group's Assigned Defense Counsel

Oversee and monitor defense counsel assigned by the applicable insurer to defend client, Preferred Hotel Group, Inc., against claims for personal injuries and related torts. Loeb & Loeb’s responsibilities include commenting upon and assisting insurance defense counsel in drafting pleadings, written discovery, motions and legal memoranda, as well as participating in preparing for and taking depositions, settlement negotiations and mediation. When necessary, Loeb & Loeb also advises and strategizes with Preferred’s defense counsel on trial preparation as well as during trial.
