Jessica Mills

Jessica Davis Mills maintains a broad-based estate planning practice. She advises clients on estate and gift taxation, non-tax aspects of estate planning, structuring wealth transfers to charitable and noncharitable recipients and planning for incapacity. Jessica also provides counsel on the formation of family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and tax-exempt organizations.

In addition to her estate planning practice, Jessica is the San Francisco chair of Loeb & Loeb’s Women’s LEAD Network.
