Michael Weinstein has more than three decades of experience counseling public and private companies regarding domestic and international tax issues in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, corporate restructurings, business formations, financings, and partnerships and strategic joint ventures. Michael also advises clients on transactional tax matters associated with U.S. inbound and outbound investments. He frequently provides guidance to clients regarding income tax considerations concerning limited liability companies, limited partnerships, Subchapter S corporations, and transactions involving real estate investments.
Michael works with both domestic and international clients in a range of industries, including finance, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, technology, health and wellness, automotive, consumer products, automotive, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and fashion and luxury brands.
