Edgar Siu

Edgar Siu focuses his practice on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions. He has extensive experience representing issuers or sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings on both the Main Board and the GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He also regularly advises clients on other capital markets transactions including sales and purchases of shares, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals and restructuring of companies.
