Steve Rockoff has 25 years of experience representing borrowers and lenders in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings. Steve has extensive experience representing private equity firms, financial sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, lenders, hedge funds and other financial institutions in all stages and aspects of complex financing transactions. These include senior secured loans, leveraged acquisition financings and buyouts, first-lien and second-liens loans, mezzanine debt financings, asset-based credit facilities, term and revolving loan facilities, subscription financings, private equity and hedge fund transactions, and other general corporate financings.
