Daniel Donohue maintains a broad entertainment practice, handling transactions across film, television, digital content and other media. Daniel structures and negotiates matters on behalf of talent, producers, major studios and production companies, including rights acquisitions; talent agreements; development deals; publishing agreements; production and co-production agreements; day-to-day production legal; content distribution; and branded licensing, endorsement and appearance opportunities. He also has experience litigating entertainment disputes, including film finance, copyright infringement and First Amendment matters.
Before his career as a lawyer, Daniel produced unscripted TV for several major studios and their broadcast and streaming partners. In his spare time, he’s a member of Hollywood’s famed Magic Castle.
