Sophia Mei-ling Chang has a diverse practice representing developers, investors, public entities, and other property owners in all aspects of real estate development, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, options, financing, joint ventures and land use matters. She routinely advises clients on federal, state, and local laws impacting development projects, and has extensive experience working with both governmental entities and private developers to develop public land, create public infrastructure, provide affordable housing, and create development opportunities.
