Loeb & Loeb is pleased to share that Mark Ressler, chair of the firm’s Software Litigation practice, has been selected by Crain’s New York Business for inclusion in its “Notable Litigators & Trial Attorneys” list for 2025, which recognizes lawyers who are "shaping precedent and advocating for their clients across industries and issues."

In an accompanying profile, Mark is recognized for leading a high-stakes federal lawsuit on behalf of The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway-owned chemical company, against IBM, seeking $100 million in damages stemming from a failed software implementation.
