Loeb & Loeb is serving as production counsel for Pre-Existing Condition, a play written by Tony Award nominee Marin Ireland. The producers include Oscar nominee Jesse Eisenberg, Oscar winner Charlie Kaufman and Loeb client OHenry Productions.
The production, currently playing at the Connelly Theater in New York through August 17, 2024, explores the challenges, shared community and everyday indignities of learning to move forward after a life-altering, harmful relationship. It features a rotating cast of actresses in the main role, including Tatiana Maslany, Julia Chan, Maria Dizzia, Deirdre O’Connell, Tavi Gevinson and Edie Falco.
