Loeb Represents Strategic Buyer in Acquisition of the China Operations of FormFactor

Loeb & Loeb represented a strategic buyer in its acquisition of the China operations of FormFactor Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM), a leading provider of essential test and measurement technologies along the full semiconductor product life cycle. The deal team advised the company on exclusive distribution and partnership arrangements to continue sales and support of FormFactor’s products in China. The team also guided the client in connection with the acquisition transaction, divestiture matters, exclusive distribution and partnership arrangement and other post-closing business integration matters. The transaction was closed in February 2024.
 
The deal team was led by Henry Yin, chair of Asia M&A and Technology Transactions, and Corporate associates Benjamin Yao, Bowen Yang and Shaun Tho, and included Intellectual Property senior counsel Arthur Yuan, Tax partner Jamie Null and associate Simoné Hovsepian, and Hong Kong Corporate partner Jeffrey Kung and trainee solicitor Kindy Ng.
