“To foster trust and collaboration, management needs to be as transparent as reasonably possible, and very responsive to employees’ concerns and complaints. It would serve management well to include employees proactively when contemplating changes that will impact their work, rather than informing them of changes after it is a fait accompli,” said Ivy.
