Loeb Welcomes Corporate Partners Thomas L’Helias and Michael Ginzburg

Loeb & Loeb Corporate partners Thomas L’Helias and Michael Ginzburg were highlighted in several publications – including Law360 and Bloomberg Law – discussing joining the firm’s New York office.

Thomas focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity and corporate governance and his experience extends to securities offerings of debt and equity, internal investigations and complex litigation.

In a statement to Law360 Pulse, Thomas discussed the many factors that contributed to his decision to join Loeb & Loeb. "First, Loeb provided a world-class platform serving premier clients," he said. "There was also significant client overlap, ensuring a smooth transition and embedded institutional client knowledge. Less obvious, but equally important and what ultimately set Loeb apart for me, were the intangibles, including a truly collegial culture in which colleagues enjoy coming in to work, collaborating and each other's company both at and outside of the office."

Michael has an extensive background in handling a range of corporate transactions, such as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations and securities transactions.

"Loeb combines a strong corporate practice and flexible, genuinely collaborative culture," Michael shared his thoughts on the firm’s capabilities with Law360 Pulse. "The firm can handle the most sophisticated M&A, corporate and commercial matters while giving me the opportunity to develop business and find creative ways to grow my practice."
