Loeb’s Melanie Howard and Gian Pastore Present PLI Program on “Law Firms and Web3”

Melanie Howard, chair of Loeb’s Intellectual Property Protection and Luxury Brands practices and deputy chair of the Advanced Media and Technology department, and Web3 manager Gian Pastore recently delivered the video program “Law Firms and Web3” as part of PLI’s Studio Briefings, on-demand CLE videos featuring an intimate and engaging roundtable discussion format with legal and industry experts addressing a range of topics.

This first session of the duo’s five-part series addressed the growing adoption of Web3 technology across a wide range of industries and how this technology is being applied to law firm legal operations. The discussion explored why law firms are considering employing Web3 technology, plus what using the technology could mean for law firm operations and client service across several practices.
