Loeb & Loeb Represents Lemonada Media in a $1.38 Million Seed Funding

Loeb & Loeb LLP represented podcasting network Lemonada Media in its $1.38 million seed funding round led by Blue Collective, an early-stage venture capital firm. The investment will allow for strategic growth, and Lemonada plans to double its slate of podcasts, as well as hire several critical positions to help it scale over the next few years. These positions include Vice Presidents of Production, Finance & Operations, and Marketing & Growth, along with several other essential production and marketing roles.

The Loeb & Loeb team included partner Lloyd Rothenberg, senior counsel Megan Stombock, associate Emily Sheahan, and paralegal Susan Zalduendo.
