Universal Beijing will have all that — and more.
Nearly 15 years in the making, Universal Beijing will be a spectacular addition to China’s growing entertainment and tourism sector. In addition to the theme park, the nearly 1,000-acre resort will include hotels, a metro station, and a first-rate retail, dining and entertainment district — all blending the studio’s iconic entertainment properties with Chinese cultural influences.

When Beijing Shouhuan Cultural Tourism Investment Co. — a consortium of five state-owned companies — teamed with Universal Parks & Resorts to build and operate Universal Beijing, they looked to Loeb & Loeb for help.
Loeb lawyers negotiated the multifaceted master licensing agreement for use of Universal’s entertainment properties, and facilitated numerous ancillary agreements covering other aspects of the resort, including CityWalk Beijing, the resort hotels and even the parking structure.
