Overview
Anthony Pirraglia is valued by his clients for his expertise and practical results-oriented approach, presenting complex situations clearly and concisely to quickly achieve a successful transaction. Anthony has built a premier lending practice regularly representing international and regional banks, private capital sources and other lenders in their loans to and investments in private equity firms and other companies.
Anthony focuses his commercial finance practice primarily on fund financing transactions, including capital call, management fee, general partner and co-investment facilities. He also practices as special counsel, representing institutional lenders in private placements of promissory notes.
He has significant experience advising on the structuring, documentation and negotiation of private bank and private credit lending, both unsecured and secured by a wide variety of assets, including fine art, real estate and contractual rights, including the ability to call capital form investors.
Anthony’s practice also includes a special emphasis on workouts, restructuring and bankruptcies of multiple-property credit tenant loan securitizations. His most notable workouts include the favorable liquidation and recovery on approximately 30 Borders credit tenant leases.
Anthony is a frequent speaker on fund financing. In his spare time, he enjoys everything car related but has not yet found time to learn to drive a stick shift.
